Anyone who participates in the Fiesta is also more than welcome to host it. A good host must have the following qualities:

• An Eye for Quality. As host, one of your duties will be to look through the submitted posts for the week and determine which ones make the grade. 
• An Eye for Spam.  Some articles will be carefully veiled advertisements. You are the first and last line of defence, and a good host will screen through all submissions carefully and critically. As Fiesta host you must also weed out any multiple submissions or inappropriate articles. 
• An Appreciation for Good Writing. As host, you will act as the Fiesta’s Editor-In-Chief. Another one of your duties will be to select at least one post that is a cut above the rest and deserves special accolades.
• Organizational Skills. You’ll need to sift through quite a few submissions, and notify all successful applicants in a timely manner, as well as ensuring they are doing their part by linking back to your Fiesta.
• A Mind for Marketing. Hosting the Fiesta is a great way to network with other finance bloggers and improve your traffic. Submitting the URL of your hosted Fiesta to StumbleUpon, Digg & Reddit (and asking participants to do likewise) will ensure that your Fiesta is a big success! 
• A Passion for Personal Finance. Love it & Live it. Readers will notice your enthusiasm and tell their friends. Coming up with a creative and entertaining theme will do wonders for your traffic, and get people excited about your site. This is, after all, a Finance Fiesta!
